ICT (Integrated Core Training)

This will challenge your body in multiple planes of movement through the use of Ground Force Method, as well as balance and stability training. The entire session is dedicated to core engagement in various ways and with various tools. Sometimes more cardio intense and sometimes more strength endurance but always working your prime movers to get your metabolism fired up for a long time after.

10 Stations. 40 sec Work, 15 sec Rest. 4 Laps
