Cardio HIIT

This is HIIT (high intensity interval training) in the Stability Phase which involves a minimum of 30 minutes continuous exercises for aerobic endurance. This will develop your stamina, balance, and coordination. The SkiERG, Assault Bike and Battle Rope will feature regularly during these sessions.

4 Zones, 16 Stations. 30 sec Work, 10 sec Rest. 3 Sets
