Ann's “go-to” piece of equipment are flat resistance bands of different widths and thickness. These colourful latex bands look harmless but strap them across your body and all of a sudden, you're anywhere from 10 to 20 kgs heavier. Working against gravity to execute Squats, Lunges, Push-ups, etc. and you'll develop unprecedented strength throughout your kinetic chain. On the other end of the spectrum, these bands also assist you in performing Pull-ups or Push-ups the way they are meant to be executed.
