Not over the weekend yet not ready to face the start of a new work week? TGIM will get your body and mind back in the groove with some HIIT and Core work. Then we’ll help you calm and centre your mind and body with some static flexibility moves to soothing music and dimmed lights. You’ll leave the gym feeling refreshed and invigorated.

3-4 Zones, 15-20 Stations. 40 Sec Work, 20 Sec Rest, 2 Sets followed by Group Tabata Finisher
