Resistance training is an integral part of developing your athletic strength and explosive power. Depending on the Phase of our programme, i.e. Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy or Maximal Power, the work and rest intervals will vary. Expect Supersets and Tempos. To spice things up, we incorporate our other tools like Kettlebells, Dead Balls, Slam Balls, Free Weights and at the end of each Circuit, everyone gets down for a Zone Stability exercise.
