Develop your athleticism with stability and reactive training to test your speed, agility and mental alertness. We’ll be doing a fair amount of speed drills with the agility ladder, cones, hurdles, etc. You’re not expected to perform the drills at athlete-level but you are expected to challenge your body to move faster and better.
