Done with a partner (that’s what the “PP” is for), you will sweat it out together by alternating exercises in paired-stations. There are a total of 8 paired-stations, each of which you will do 8 times. 20 seconds ON. 10 seconds OFF. This is the classic Tabata-style workout. You will do plyometrics and full-body moves. AmPPed is fast-paced. You will be pumped up and before you know it, it’s over!
